PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE,that pursuant to Chapter 300 (Zoning) of the Village Code of the Village of Sag Harbor, the Village Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026at5:30pmor as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, in person at Village Municipal Building, 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor, NY 11963 and via videoconference on Zoom as set forth below, in order to consider the following applications: 1. Application of 595 Realty Corp for the properties located at 31 Madison Street, Sag Harbor, in the Village Business Zoning District, SCTM # 903-3-4-11, for a proposed site plan, special exception application pursuant to Village Code §300-14.3 et seq., Site Plan Review. The proposed action seeks to convert a single-family residence to a retail use with an accessory apartment. The application includes: (i) a proposed conversion of the first floor of the existing residence to retail space; (ii) the conversion of the second floor and third floor of the existing residence to an accessory apartment; and (iii) the existing detached accessory structure would remain as a retail use. Any person wishing to be heard on said application may appear at the time and place of the hearing on ZOOM, in person, by attorney or agent, or may submit written comments on the same, which comments shall be delivered to the Office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Sag Harbor, at the Village Municipal Building, 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor, New York or via e-mail to info@sagharborny.gov or boards@sagharborny.gov before or at the hearing.
