PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE,that pursuant to Article 12 of Chapter 300 (Zoning) of the Village Code of the Village of Sag Harbor, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Sag Harbor will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026at5:30pmor as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, in person at 55 Main Street, Village Municipal Building, Sag Harbor, NY 11963 and via videoconference at the link below, in order to consider the following applications: 1. Application of David McCallum & Natalie Phillips for the property located at 67 Franklin Avenue, Sag Harbor, SCTM #302-2-5-22 for the proposed construction of a new, two-story, single-family residence, pool, spa, driveway and pool house requiring variances from Sag Harbor Village Code §§300-4.3 and 300- 9.3(D) to allow: (i) the air conditioning units to be 7 feet from the side yard where 15 feet is required, therefore a variance in the amount of 8 feet is required; (ii) proposed total coverage to be 25.08% where 25% is required, therefore a variance of .08% is required; and (iii) the proposed house to intrude into the pyramid skyplane by 427 cubic feet where zero is permitted, therefore a variance in the amount of 427 cubic feet is required. 2. Application of Marie Shantall and Tego Villarreal for the property located at 52 Garden Street, Sag Harbor, SCTM #903-3-2-28 for the proposed construction of first and second story additions to the single family residence requiring variances from the Sag Harbor Village Code §300-9.3(D) and 300-12.6(B)(1) to allow (i) the proposed additions to intrude into the skyplane by 180 cubic feet where zero is permitted therefore, relief is required for same and (ii) the increase in gross floor area for a pre-existing nonconforming residence by 188 square feet or 11.1% where 50% is permitted by variance from this Board, therefore relief is required for same. 3. Application of Tom Remien & Mary Anne Hunting for the property located at 49 Rysam Street, Sag Harbor, SCTM # 302-1-3-6.1 for the proposed construction of a new two-story addition to the existing single family residence requiring variances from the Sag Harbor Village Code §300-4.3 to allow the side yard setback for the proposed basement egress to be 5.11 feet from the side yard where 15 feet is required, therefore relief in the amount of 10.1 feet is required. 4. Application of Baldridge Revocable Trust for the property located at 110 Redwood Road, Sag Harbor, SCTM #903-1-1-15 for the proposed construction of an addition to the single-family residence requiring variances from Sag Harbor Village Code §§300-12.6(B)(1) and 300-9.3(D) to allow, (i) the proposed addition to intrude into the skyplane by 171 cubic feet where zero is permitted therefore relief is required for same; and (ii) the pre-existing nonconforming structure to increase its gross floor area by 387 square feet or 21.2% where 50% is permitted by variance from this Board, therefore relief is required for same. 5. Application of 121 Madison Street LLC for the property located at 121 Madison Street, Sag Harbor, SCTM # 903-3-4-51 for the proposed construction of an addition to the single family residence requiring variances from Sag Harbor Village Code §§300-9.3(D) and 300-12.6(B)(1) to allow (i) a proposed addition which protrudes into the skyplane by 113 cubic feet where zero is permitted, therefore relief is required for same; and (ii) to increase the existing gross floor area of the pre-existing nonconforming residence by 180 square feet or 7% where 50% is permitted by variance from this Board, therefore relief is required for same.
