PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Sag Harbor Village Board of Historical Preservation and Architectural Review will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Sag Harbor Village Municipal Building located at 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor New York, 11963, in order to consider the following application for a Certificate of Appropriateness pursuant to Sag Harbor Village Code §300-13.3 (“Review Procedures”): 1. Dan Weiss & Amy Berkower / 35 Prospect LLC, for the property located at 35 Prospect Avenue, Sag Harbor, New York 11963 and identified on the Suffolk County Tax Map as parcel number 302-2-5-17.1 requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for rear and side yard addition to an existing three bay residence, a circa 1900 contributing structure, mission-style with projecting eaves and bracketed gable ends, and 3 part door in front dormer which leads to roof of balustraded front porch, and restoration of a contributing early 20th century 2-car garage (to be storage shed). 2.
