PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of North Haven will hold a Public Hearing on the 16th day of March 2026 at 4:30PM at Village Hall, 335 Ferry Road, Sag Harbor, NY to consider the extension of the final plat approval of the eight (8) – lot subdivision of 362 & 370 N Ferry Road, North Haven, NY, and described on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District: 901; Section: 1; Block:1; Lots: 1, 2, 3 & 4. The subject premises are bounded and described as follows: North: Shelter Island Sound; West: Ferry Road, Caputo/Ward, Levine, Gurfein, Moore, Barone, Schmidt, Meighan, Optimus I LLC, Victoria I Schiavoni Revocable Trust, Clark, South Ferry Inc; South: Deerfield Road, Leonardo, Hallock, Fee, Wald, Robert D Saar Revocable Trust, Christmas; East: Shelter Island Sound. All those wishing to be heard may do so personally, by attorney or agent.



PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the regular meeting of the North Haven Planning Board will be held immediately following the Public Hearing on the matters of 370 North Ferry Road L.P. and 2104 Cahuenga Partners L.P., SCTM# 901-1-2-1,2,3 & 4, Extension of subdivision approval;

G Forest LLC, SCTM# 901-5-1-62, Site Plan Modification; 370 North Ferry Road L.P., SCTM# 901-1-2-2, Shoreline Management; Great Pond Creek LLC, SCTM# 901-6-5-48, Site Plan Review; And any other matters that may come before the Board.




This meeting will also be accessible via Zoom. The Zoom link will be posted to the Village website (www.northhavenny.gov).
