PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of North Haven will hold a Public Hearing on the 16th day of March 2026 at 4:30PM at Village Hall, 335 Ferry Road, Sag Harbor, NY to consider the extension of the final plat approval of the eight (8) – lot subdivision of 362 & 370 N Ferry Road, North Haven, NY, and described on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District: 901; Section: 1; Block:1; Lots: 1, 2, 3 & 4. The subject premises are bounded and described as follows: North: Shelter Island Sound; West: Ferry Road, Caputo/Ward, Levine, Gurfein, Moore, Barone, Schmidt, Meighan, Optimus I LLC, Victoria I Schiavoni Revocable Trust, Clark, South Ferry Inc; South: Deerfield Road, Leonardo, Hallock, Fee, Wald, Robert D Saar Revocable Trust, Christmas; East: Shelter Island Sound. All those wishing to be heard may do so personally, by attorney or agent.
