Notice of Public Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, after an introduction was held by the Village Board of the Village of Sag Harbor, on February 10, 2026, both in-person, at Sag Harbor Village Hall, 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor, New York, and via videoconferencing, the Village Board at their meeting of February 10, 2026, set a public hearing for LOCAL LAW NO. #_ OF 2026 on March 10, 2026 as follows: “A LOCAL LAW to reduce the permitted frontage from 50 feet to 25 feet and eliminate the ability to expand the gross floor area by 50% by deleting §300-6.4(D).” Copies of the local law, sponsored by Mayor Gardella, are on file in the Village Clerk’s Office, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
