PUBLIC NOTICE 







NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 10, 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sag Harbor adopted a resolution subject to permissive referendum for the expenditure of funds from the capital reserve account. An abstract of the resolution is as follows:







ABSTRACT OF RESOLUTION 



Board of Trustees of the Village of Sag Harbor hereby authorizes and approves the expenditure of $160,000.00 from the capital reserve account of the Village of Sag Harbor established for the purchase of an up-fit customer supplied 2026 Chevy Tahoe for the Sag Harbor Volunteer Ambulance.
