NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Harbor Committee of the Village of Sag Harbor will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 5:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Village Municipal Building, 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor New York, or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, in order to consider the following applications for a Wetlands Permit pursuant to Chapter 285 (Wetlands) of the Sag Harbor Village Code: 1. Application of 30 Redwood Road LLC for the property located at 30 Redwood Road, Sag Harbor, SCTM # 903-1-3-20.1 seeking a wetland permit pursuant to Village Code Chapter 285 to allow for the in-place reconstruction of a 109 SF bulkhead, 6’ x 185’ floating dock, 3’ x 20’ floating docks, approximately eighteen 12” diameter piles and travel lift rails comprised of two 2’ x 44’ metal rails, two 40 linear feet of vinyl sheathing, two 2’ x 40’ wood deck/walkways and approximately forty 12” diameter piles located at the Ship Ashore Marina. 1.
