NOTICE OF TAX SALE VILLAGE OF SAG HARBOR, NEW YORK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of the provisions of the Village Law and all the acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto and of resolutions of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sag Harbor, Suffolk County, New York, passed at a meeting thereof held on the 13th day of January, 2026, I, Kate Locascio, Village Clerk of the said Village of Sag Harbor, will sell at public auction in the manner provided by law, on the 10th day of March, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Clerk’s Office, in the Municipal Building in said Village of Sag Harbor, so much of each of the following parcels of real estate upon which Village taxes for the 2025/2026 fiscal year remain unpaid as will be sufficient to discharge the tax, fees, interest, and charges which may be due thereon respectively at the time of said sale, and shall continue the same from day to day until such sale shall be completed. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any tax liens remaining unpaid following the tax sale for the 2025/2026 fiscal year shall be purchased by the Village of Sag Harbor. Purchasers of tax liens do NOT acquire ownership of the real property by purchasing referenced tax liens.
