NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Local Law No. 14 of 2022, a Public Hearing will be held by the Southampton Town Planning Board on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton and via videoconferencing, to consider the Site Plan/Special Exception Application entitled North Edge Stables II, LLC. The application proposes the development of a private horse stabling facility, on the subject 29.976 acre agricultural reserve as created by the subdivision map titled “Taterfields”, to permit the construction of a 19,152 sf horse stable with 26 stalls, a 21,000 sf indoor riding arena, a 14,480 sf garage, three (3) 2,272 sf, one-story structures each with two units with two bedrooms each to be used for agricultural labor housing, a 36,000 sf outdoor arena with gazebo, a 60’ diameter horse walker, eleven (11) 100’x150’ paddocks, open fields, associated parking, with a single, gated access from Scuttle Hole Rd, located in the CR-80 Zoning District, and within the Agricultural and Aquifer Protection Overlay Districts, and within the Archeological Sensitive Area, on the property located at 819 Lumber Ln, Hamlet of Bridgehampton, SCTM# 900 - 51 - 2 - 4.8 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Local Law No. 14 of 2022, a Public Hearing will be held by the Southampton Town Planning Board on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton and via videoconferencing, to consider the Pre-Submission Conference Application entitled Lighthouse Seafood.
