NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Local Law No. 14 of 2022, a Public Hearing will be held by the Southampton Town Planning Board on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton and via videoconferencing, to consider the Pre-Application entitled Scuttle Bridge, LLC. The pre-application consists of a Standard Plan (Yield Map) with seven (7) lots with access from a proposed subdivision road, and a Reduced Density Planed Residential Development (Cluster Plan) with 4 lots with access provided via a common driveway, and 8.30-acres of Open Space representing 50% of the area of the lot, in the CR-80 Zoning District, Aquifer Protection Overlay District, and the Agricultural Overlay District, at 2166 Scuttle Hole Road, Bridgehampton, SCTM# 900-39-1-18 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Local Law No. 14 of 2022, at Public Hearing will be held by the Southampton Town Planning Board on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton and via videoconferencing, to consider the Pre-Submission Conference entitled Bentley Hotel. The application is for the conversion of an existing accessory to the hotel into a 40-seat restaurant on the first floor and basement of the building on a 2.7 acre parcel located in the HB Zoning District, at 161 Hill Station Road, Shinnecock Hills, SCTM# 900-177-2-59 A transcript of said hearings will be provided at a later date, and the public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live, and to provide comments. The public can watch the live meeting on the Town Clerk’s website, under the Planning Board meeting tab, or participate through the Zoom App. If any interested members of the public would like to provide comments on the public hearing, comments can be submitted to the Planning Board via mail, email, or uploaded to the Town Clerk’s portal prior to the meeting, where additional and updated information on ways to view and participate will be posted.
