NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF BOND RESOLUTION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Schuylerville, Saratoga County, New York (the "Village"), at a meeting held on February 8, 2026, adopted a bond resolution, which is subject to a permissive referendum, and authorizes the issuance of $950,000 serial bonds of the Village to finance the Village's share of the cost of the reconstruction and improvement of the Schuylerville/Victory Joint Water System, including, the acquisition, construction or reconstruction of or addition to the water supply or distribution system, whether or not including buildings, land or rights in land, original furnishings, equipment, machinery or apparatus, or the replacement of such equipment, machinery or apparatus, required in connection therewith. The period of probable usefulness is forty (40) years and the bonds are payable from amounts to be annually levied on all the taxable real property in the Village. Pursuant to the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder ("SEQRA"), the Village has deemed that the project constitutes a Type II Action and that it will not have a significant impact on the environment.
