LEGAL NOTICE SECTION 001116 INVITATION TO BID A Sealed bid for the: VILLAGE OF WHITEHALL, WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT (WWTP) IMPROVEMENTS: UV DISINFECTION will be received at the following address: Office of the Village Clerk Village of Whitehall 57 Skenesborough Drive, Suite 2 Whitehall, NY 12887 until 1:00 PM local time on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud at the Whitehall Village Office located at 57 Skenesborough Drive, Suite 2, Whitehall, N.Y. 12887. The Project generally consists of the following work: Contract 1 – General Construction: Upgrades to the existing Village of Whitehall Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), located at 25 Riverside Drive, Whitehall, NY 12887. The upgrades include, but are not limited to, the installation of a new ultraviolet (UV) effluent disinfection system, construction of a new UV disinfection building, installation of multiple new WWTP process system bypass pipelines, various replacements of aging WWTP process piping and valves, installation of a new automatic effluent sampler, and installation of a new Parshall flume flow meter and metering manhole to replace the existing unit. The project specifications and plans provide detailed information regarding these upgrades. Contract 2 – Electrical Construction: Electrical upgrades at the Village of Whitehall Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), located at 25 Riverside Drive, Whitehall, NY 12887.
