TOWN OF WHITEHALL LEGAL NOTICE The Town of Whitehall will be accepting Sealed Bids for Grounds Maintenance at Sciota Cemetery for the 2026 season. Bid specifications may be obtained at the office of the Town Clerk, located at 57 Skenesborough Drive, Whitehall, NY between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday thru Thursday. Bids must be submitted on or before 3:00 PM, April 15, 2026, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Cemetery Bid” either by mail or hand delivered at the office of the Town Clerk. All bids must be accompanied by a non- collusive bidding certificate. Sealed Bids will be opened at the monthly Town Board meeting, Wednesday April 15, 2026 at 7:00 PM.
