Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Mt. Pleasant on Thursday Evening March 5th, 2026 at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, at Town Hall located at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla NY for the application of Hildebrand Engineering, Applicant for Joseph Sciascia, Owner of vacant parcel located on Belleview Ave, Thornwood, NY 10594. Owner is seeking approval of Steep Slopes application # SS 25-14 for the proposed development of a single-family dwelling with driveway, yard areas, water & Sewer, drainage and retaining wall improvements. Parcel is in the R-10 Zoning District and is identified on the Tax Assessment Map of the Town of Mt. Pleasant as SBL 106.18-3-79 At this hearing, all interested persons whether in favor or in opposition will have an opportunity to be heard.
