ESSEX COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE Ticonderoga Municipal Airport (Ticonderoga, NY) – Final Environmental Assessment The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in cooperation with the Town of Ticonderoga announces the availability of a Final Environmental Assessment (FEA) for Five Year Airport Capital Improvement Plan. The document reviews the potential environmental impacts associated with land acquisition within Runway Protection Zones, construction of a parallel taxiway and related airport infrastructure improvements, development of a snow removal equipment building, and relocation of the airport’s electrical vault. The FEA can be viewed digitally by visiting www.passero.com/bids or https://townofticonderoga.gov/. The document will be available for review for a period of 30 days from the date of this notice.
