Legal Notices PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TOWN OF NORTH HARMONY PUBLIC HEARING/ SPECIAL MEETING TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Town Board of the Town of North Harmony will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at the Town Offices located at 5350 Stow Rd., Ashville, NY, on proposed Local Law No. 2 of the year 2026 Extending Local Law No. 1 of the year 2025. A Local Law Enacting a Moratorium on Wind Energy Conversion Systems and Wind Energy Facilities with a Special Town Board meeting to accept Local Law No. 2 of 2026 .
