Legal Notices Town of North Harmony – 2026 Cemetery Mowing Bids NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN The Town of North Harmony will receive sealed bids for 2026 cemetery mowing and maintenance at Maple Grove, Wild Rose, and North Harmony Cemeteries. Work includes mowing, general clean-up, trash removal, spring clean-up (removal of all items any day after April 15), and fall clean-up (removal of all items any day after October 15). Use of mulching or rear-discharge mowing equipment is highly recommended. Proof of liability insurance must accompany the bid. Complete specifications and property information are available from the Town Clerk’s Office at 716-789-3445 ext. 2. Sealed bids, clearly marked “2026 Cemetery Mowing Bid,” must be received by 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the Town Clerk’s Office, 5350 Stow Rd., Ashville, NY, or P.O. Box 167, Stow, NY. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 11:00 a.m. on March 18, 2026. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
