Legal Notices TOWN OF NORTH HARMONY WATER SYSTEM UPGRADE BID TAKE NOTICE THAT Sealed bids clearly labeled “Water System Upgrade” will be received for plumbing work at the Town of North Harmony Town Building 5350 Stow Rd. Ashville. Work includes furnishing labor and materials to remove the existing system from a 1-1/4" copper feed into the building and upgrade to a 2" feed to the building system, relocate existing pressure tank, install a 4" x 10" 5-micron particle filter at feed, install Lancaster Model 7-LX-100B water softener set to tested hardness, install Clearflo Halo Shield Model 7-LWT-UV410-009 ultraviolet purifier with sediment filter and shut-off, install additional 4" x 10" particle filter for taste and color, reconnect to building system, test for leaks and place in normal operation. Project includes drinking fountain filter, five (5) bags of salt, one (1) extra particle filter, one (1) extra UV bulb, and one (1) year maintenance. Additional salt, UV filters, or bulbs required during the year will be billed separately. Sealed bids due March 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM . Public bid opening March 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Town of North Harmony Town Building. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
