SV26-08 J&M Family Corp. Agent: Lucas Dobie, Hutchins Engineering, PLLC Property owner seeks the following variance(s) per Ordinance #36: Applicants request a variance to allow the installation of replacement of septic system. Specific variance request is to allow installation of (2) 1,500-gallon holding tanks, and placement of holding tanks within 7’ of the residence instead of the required 10’.
