Please take notice that pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Bolton is required by law to notify all adjacent landowners within 500’ of properties for which a public hearing has been scheduled. A public hearing will be held on the date listed above in the Town Hall, 4949 Lake Shore Drive, Bolton Landing, to consider the following applications. Anyone interested may comment on the application. Public comments will be accepted via email to zoningclerk@boltonNY.gov [zoningclerk@boltonNY.gov] (preferred) or direct mail to the Planning Office received prior to noon on March 12, 2026.
