PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Jerusalem, New York, will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting on March 12th, 2026 at 7 pm, town offices – 3816 Italy Hill Rd. Branchport, NY on the request of Kyle Reagan pursuant to the regulations of Article XV to permit a variance on a parcel of land designated as tax map no. 72.28-1-15 located at 2969 West Lake Road. Requested variances: Requesting lot coverage of 26.67% where 20% is the maximum and 25.67% is existing.
