PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Jerusalem, New York, will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting on March 12th, 2026 at 7 pm, town offices – 3816 Italy Hill Rd. Branchport, NY on the request of Laura Hart pursuant to the regulations of Article XV to permit (2) variances on a parcel of land designated as tax map no. 72.36-1-13.7 and 72.36-1-3.22 located at 3073 and 3062 West Lake Road. Requested variances: Lot size requested is 18905sqft, where 20000sqft is required. Frontage less than 50ft.
