The Rental Assistance Corp. of Buffalo (“RACB”) has made available copies of the RACB Annual PHA Plan. Interested Parties may review the Plan at the RACB office located at 470 Franklin St., Buffalo, NY 14202, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm., by calling 716-370-2701, and on the RACB website www.racbny.org. These documents will be available for review until Tuesday April 14, 2026 at 3:00 pm. Written comments should be sent to the attention of John McMahon, Executive Director, RACB, 470 Franklin St., Buffalo, NY 14202. The deadline for submitting comments is Tuesday April 14, 2026 at 1:00 pm. A public hearing will be held at the RACB office located at 470 Franklin St., Buffalo, NY 14202 on Wednesday April 15, 2026 at 9:00 am.
