Notice of Public Hearing

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Zoning Law of the Village of Catskill, the Planning Board of the Village of Catskill, New York, will hold a public hearing in the Catskill Senior Center located at Academy Street, Catskill, New York on the 13th Day of April, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard to consider the application of Adam Barton to merge two lots identified as 233 and 235 Water Street in the Village of Catskill, located within the East Side Historic District, and to build a new house on the resulting lot. Tax Map Parcels ## 156.70-1-2 and 156.70-1-3.

The application, plans and supporting materials are on file and available for inspection at the offices of the Village of Catskill Planning Board at Village Hall.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons interested will have an opportunity to be heard and any written comments will be received for the record either prior to or at the hearing. The Village of Catskill will make every effort to ensure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
