NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING




PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Town of Ghent Zoning Board of Appeals on April 8, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering an area variance applicable to the lands of Elizabeth VanAlstyne, 18 Elm Street, Chatham, New York (Tax Map No. 66.00-01-25). All interested parties will have an opportunity at such time to be heard in connection with said application. The public hearing will be conducted and open to the public at the Ghent Town Hall.
