COLUMBIA COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chatham Central School Board of Education will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24 th at 6:00pm at the Chatham High School Library for the purpose of considering a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds from the District’s Retirement Contribution Reserve Fund to the District’s Capital Reserve Fund in the amount of $879,600 as allowed by law.
