NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT there will be a Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Chester on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Chester Municipal Center, 6307 State Route 9, to consider the following application(s): #AV2026-02: Christine Quitoni and Dominic Quitoni are requesting a 99.5 ft. front yard setback variance, 71.5 ft. rear yard setback variance, 38 ft. left side yard setback variance and a variance for 40.7% proposed lot coverage (37.9% existing) where 15% is the maximum lot coverage allowed, according to Section 4.03 of the Town of Chester Zoning Local Law, in order to demolish an existing deck and construct a new 10’ x 17’ screened porch with a new 14’ x 4’ deck with steps, and replace a portion of the roof of the existing dwelling.
