NOTICE CONCERNING

THE EXAMINATION OF

ASSESSMENT INVENTORY 

AND VALUATION DATA




(Pursuant to Section 501 RPTL)



Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory data is available for review. This is the information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel which will appear on the tentative assessment roll of the Town of Chester, to be filed on or about May 1st, 2026. The Assessor will be available on March 24th between the hours of 10:00am to 2:00pm to review said inventory info and may be reached at (518) 494-3515.
