TOWN OF CINCINNATUS

NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW





NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Cincinnatus, New York, on February 10, 2026, proposed Local Law No. A-2026, titled, “A Local Law Updating the Code Enforcement Program in the Town of Cincinnatus.” Said Local Law, if enacted, would provide a comprehensive update to the code enforcement program within the Town of Cincinnatus. The full text of said Local Law is on file at the Clerk’s Office at the Town Hall located at 2770 Lower Cincinnatus Road, Cincinnatus, New York and may be viewed by all interested persons during normal business hours.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Town Board will hold a public hearing to consider proposed Local Law No. A-2026 at the said Town Hall on March 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at which time all persons interested will be heard.
