NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING




PLEASE TAKE NOTICE , that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Starkey on April 9, 2026 , at 7:00 p.m., at the Starkey Town Hall 40 Seneca Street, Dundee, New York, regarding the adoption of a Local Law of the Town of Starkey for the year 2026, which would adopt Planned Development District Regulations by Local Law, which would include provisions and regulations applicable to:




 * Introductory Provisions
 * Definitions
 * General Regulations
 * Requirements
 * Permitting
   




Any resident of the Town of Starkey shall be entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for public review at the Town of Starkey Town Hall, 40 Seneca Street, Dundee, New York.
