The Town of Barrington Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on April 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Barrington Town Hall, 4424 Bath Road, Penn Yan, N.Y 14527

Property address 1017 East Lake Rd, Dundee, NY 14837, the property owners are applying for a variance to construct a pavilion with a concrete patio, a variance for a setback from the lake front high-water mark, which is actually 7.25’, requesting a variance of 17.75’. Minimum requirements are 25’.
