NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 185 (Open Space Preservation) and Chapter 17 (Community Preservation Fund) of the Town Code, the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby sets Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, at 6:00 PM, Peconic Community Center Auditorium, 1170 Peconic Lane, Peconic, New York as the time and place for a public hearing for the purchase of property from Southold Ventures Inc. Said property is identified as SCTM #1000-44.-3-4.3. The total area of the property is 54.13± acres. The address of the property is 2955 Albertson Lane in Greenport. The property is located on the westerly side of Albertson Lane and extends to the southerly side of County Road 48, the northerly side of Colony Road, and the easterly side of Bayview Avenue.
