NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Local Law No. 14 of 2022, a Public Hearing will be held by the Southampton Town Planning Board on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton and via videoconferencing, to consider the Pre-Application entitled Howley at Anderson Road. The application is for a two-lot subdivision of a 27,060 square foot property, currently improved with a single-family residence and accessory structures, situated in the R-20 Zoning District, at 11 Anderson Road, Hampton Bays, SCTM# 900-264-1-23




PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Local Law No. 14 of 2022, a Public Hearing will be held by the Southampton Town Planning Board on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton and via videoconferencing, to consider the Pre-Submission Conference Application entitled Miaco. The application is for the construction of an underground parking lot, new sewage treatment plant and additional cottages associated with an existing inn and restaurant located in the R-20 Zoning District situated on a total of 4.8-acres (3 parcels) located in the Bridgehampton Bull’s Head-Main Street Historic Overlay District, at 1, 55 & 61 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton, SCTM#’s 900-71-3-5.4, 5.5 & 8.1




PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Local Law No. 14 of 2022, a Public Hearing will be held by the Southampton Town Planning Board on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton and via videoconferencing, to consider the Site Plan/Special Exception Application entitled MRM Ventures, LLC. The application is for a non-medical cannabis retail dispensary in a vacant commercial unit in an existing shopping center, situated in the HB (Highway Business) Zoning District, at 801 County Road 39, Tuckahoe, SCTM# 900-157-2-23.6




A transcript of said hearings will be provided at a later date, and the public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live, and to provide comments.




The public can watch the live meeting on the Town Clerk’s website, under the Planning Board meeting tab, or participate through the Zoom App. If any interested members of the public would like to provide comments on the public hearing, comments can be submitted to the Planning Board via mail, email, or uploaded to the Town Clerk’s portal prior to the meeting, where additional and updated information on ways to view and participate will be posted. In addition, the record will remain open after the public hearing for the submission of written comments. Please check the March 12, 2026 meeting agenda posted on the Town Clerk’s website as the hearing date approaches for further instructions on how to access the virtual meeting, and for any updated information.




IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION OF THIS MEETING, THIS APPLICATION, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE, WILL BE HEARD AT THE NEXT PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
