The application is for a two-lot subdivision of a 27,060 square foot property, currently improved with a single-family residence and accessory structures, situated in the R-20 Zoning District, at 11 Anderson Road, Hampton Bays, SCTM# 900-264-1-23 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Local Law No. 14 of 2022, a Public Hearing will be held by the Southampton Town Planning Board on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton and via videoconferencing, to consider the Pre-Submission Conference Application entitled Miaco.
