NASSAU COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 202-48 of the Code of the Town of Hempstead entitled, “Handicapped Parking on Public Streets,” a public hearing will be held in the Town Meeting Pavilion. Hempstead Town Hall, 1 Washington Street, Hempstead, New York, on the 10 th day of March, 2026, at 10:30 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, to consider the adoption of a resolution setting aside certain parking spaces for motor vehicles for the sole use of holders of special parking permits issued by the County of Nassau to physically handicapped persons at the following locations: UNIONDALE SPRUCE PLACE – north side, starting at a point 30 feet east of the east curbline of Paff Avenue, east for a distance of 22 feet. (TH-22/26) ALL PERSONS INTERESTED shall have an opportunity to be heard on said proposal at the time and place aforesaid.
