TOWN OF HIGHLANDS PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONSOLIDATED PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF HIGHLANDS AND VILLAGE OF HIGHLAND FALLS Fort Map, LLC, by Miguelito Rosario, Applicant. Public Hearing for a site plan and special exception use permit for renovation of an existing structures top level into an industrial cannabis processing space. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Consolidated Planning Board of the Town of Highlands and Village of Highland Falls, will hold a Public Hearing at Town Hall, 254 Main Street, Highland Falls, New York, on the 16 th day of April, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, concerning the application of Fort Map, LLC, and Miguelito Rosario, for a site plan and special exception use permit for renovation of an existing structures top level into an industrial cannabis processing space. The real property is located at 1005 Route 9W, in the Town of Highlands and is designated on the Tax Map as Section 11, Block 1 Lot 25. The property in question is in the Town’s B business zoning district. The public may also submit comments to be received by 5:00 p.m. on April 16, 2026 via mail; Attn: Consolidated Planning Board Chairman, 254 Main Street, Highland Falls, New York 10928 or via email; esmith@highlands-ny.gov All persons interested will be heard by the Consolidated Planning Board, at the aforementioned time and place.
