ORLEANS COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for an Area Variance has been submitted to the Village of Holley Zoning Board of Appeals, Holley, New York. APPLICANT: Paul Armstrong / Andy Schmidt PROPERTY LOCATION: 2 East Union Street, Holley, NY 14470 Tax ID: 77.17-67-1 PROPOSAL: SUBJECT: The applicants are seeking an Area Variance from the requirements of Chapter 265 of the Village of Holley Code. PROPOSAL: The request seeks relief from the 15-foot side yard setback requirement for the purpose of constructing an addition to the existing residential structure. The applicants propose to align the addition with the existing south wall of the house, resulting in a side yard setback of 9' 2" from the south property line, representing a requested relief of 5' 10". PUBLIC HEARING: A public hearing will be held on March 12th, 2026, at the special time of 6:30 PM at the Village of Holley Village Office, 1 Wright Street, to receive public comment regarding this application.
