NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NO. 1, 2026

Chapter 213 Water

of the Code of the Village of Lake George

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake George on April 8, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Village Administration Building, 26 Old Post Road, Lake George, NY to consider proposed Local Law No. 1, 2026 for Chapter 213 Water.

The purpose of this hearing is to provide the public with an opportunity to comment on the proposed local law to amend Chapter 213 Water. The local law will change the schedule of rates and charges starting May 1, 2026.
