PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the Town of Lake George Zoning Ordinance Article IV Section 175-16 entitled Dimensional Requirements, the Town of Lake George Planning Board will be conducting Public Hearings on March 24th, 2026, commencing at 5:00 p.m. to review the following application:

The proposal involves the renovation and construction of additions to the existing mansion on site to convert it to an 18 bedroom tourist accommodation. The additions will include an updated entrance, and south side expansion and deck area with patio below for event space. The existing 4 bedroom cottage will also be a part of the tourist accommodations on the site. Parking, pool, patio area, and a permeable pathway extending toward the lake are proposed. Site Plan Review is required for all projects within 100 feet of waterbodies classified as AA Special, within 25 feet of slopes which exceed 15 percent over a 100 foot length, and clearing/disturbance of 15,000 square feet or more of forested area. Returning from December 9th, 2025 Planning Board meeting.
