Town of Lake George Consolidated Board of Health Public Hearing NOTICE OF MARCH 24th PUBLIC HEARINGS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the Town of Lake George Consolidated Board of Health Article 115-13 Entitled “Variances,” the Town of Lake George Consolidated Board of Health will be conducting Public Hearings on March 24, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Town Center, 20 Old Post Road, Lake George, NY, to review the following applications: 1. CBOH #3-2026 – Michael & Christine McKenna with Hutchins Engineering, PLLC as agent. * * * * * * The applicant is proposing the replacement of a failing cesspool with a new septic tank and absorption bed. The absorption bed will be located on a separate parcel from the house. Variance is requested for a force main to run along a property line and cross a property line.
