Town of Lake George Consolidated Board of Health Public Hearings NOTICE OF FEBRUARY 24TH PUBLIC HEARINGS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the Town of Lake George Consolidated Board of Health Article 115-13 Entitled “Variances,” the Town of Lake George Consolidated Board of Health will be conducting Public Hearings on February 24, 2026 at 12:00 pm at the Town Center, 20 Old Post Road, Lake George, NY, to review the following applications: 1. CBOH #10-2025 – Nancy and William Oberheim with R.U. Holmes, PLLC as agent. * The applicant is proposing the replacement of a 500 gallon septic tank with seepage pit with a 2000 gallon holding tank. * Variance is requested for the installation of a holding tank. * Variance is requested for distance between the holding tank and property line where 10ft is required and 8ft is requested for a relief of 2ft.
