NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW TOWN OF COLONIE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN CONNECTION WITH A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 181 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF COLONIE ENTITLED “VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC” PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held in connection with a proposed local law amending Chapter 181 of the Code of the Town of Colonie entitled “Vehicles and Traffic” to amend: Article V, Schedule IX entitled “No Parking Anytime” – by adding McArthur Road beginning 603+/- from the intersection with Watervliet Shaker Road and continuing for 522+/- along McArthur Road. Said public hearing will be held at Memorial Town Hall, Latham, NY on the 12th day of March 2026 at 6:00 PM, at which time and place an opportunity will be given to all persons, in favor and opposed to the enactment thereof, to be heard.
