PUBLIC NOTICE:
The Town of Lee Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lee Town Hall, 5808 Stokes Lee Center Road, Lee Center, to address the following appeals:
Appeal 789: Bartell Machinery Systems L.L.C., 6321 Elmer Hill Road, Town of Lee, seeks to appeal from Section 106, Schedule of District Uses{Commercial/R-20}, for an area variance for a commercial structure to extend out of the commercial zone into a R-20 zone at property designated as Tax Map Parcel No. 188.001-4-42.
Appeal 790: April P. Martin, 8698 Cook Road, Town of Lee, seeks to appeal from Section 106, Schedule of District Uses {R-A}, for a Special Use permit to construct an accessory apartment and seeking to use accessory apartment as a bed and breakfast part-time at property designated as Tax Map Parcel No. 185.000-1-1.2.
