PUBLIC NOTICE : The Town of Lee Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Lee Town Hall, 5808 Stokes-Lee Center Road, Lee Center, for the purpose of addressing the following proposals: Paul Taylor, 6455 Stokes Westernville Road, seeks a 2-lot subdivision on property located at Tax Map Parcel No: 171.000-2-31. James M. Mondrick, 9317 Sulphur Springs Road, seeks a 2-lot subdivision on property located at Tax Map Parcel No: 152.000-1-17.2. The public is cordially invited to attend this Public Hearing that is being conducted in order to obtain any comments they may have regarding the applications for subdivision noted above.
