VILLAGE OF MAYBROOK PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF MAYBROOK PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Planning Board of the Village of Maybrook will hold a public hearing at the Village of Maybrook Village Hall, 111 Schipps Lane, Maybrook, NY 12543 on March 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible on the application of Kelvin Morocho seeking area variances in connection with a proposed two family dwelling unit located at 302 Tower Avenue, Maybrook, NY (SBL 109-2-27). The applicant seeks site plan approval and special exception use permit to authorize the existing structure to be used as a two-family dwelling.
