VILLAGE OF MAYBROOK LOCAL LAW VILLAGE OF MAYBROOK BOARD OF TRUSTEES NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2026 OVERRIDING THE TAX LEVY LIMIT ESTABLISHED IN GENERAL MUNICIPAL LAW § 3-c PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, the 16 th day of March, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, a Public Hearing will be held before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Maybrook, New York, at Village Hall, located at 111 Schipps Lane, Maybrook, New York, to consider Introductory Local Law No. 1 of 2026. The purpose of this Introductory Local Law is to allow the Village of Maybrook to adopt a budget for the fiscal year commencing June 1, 2026 that requires a real property tax levy in excess of the “tax levy limit” as defined by General Municipal Law § 3-c.
