Schmitt Memorial Leg- islative Chamber and an additional 71 people for the legislative antechamber. Attendees who will address the Legislature must submit a written slip to the Clerk's office staff. The Rules of the Legislature limit public comment to three minutes per person. At meetings of the full Legislature, members of the public may speak during the pre-calendar public comment period and during public hearings. At meetings of the Legislature's committees and prior to the call of the first committee, members of the public may speak and on agenda items only.
