Garden City (Mineola, P.O.), New York. The Nassau County Fire Marshal's Office has ordered a maximum occupancy of 251 people. for the Peter J. Schmitt Memorial Legislative Chamber and an additional 71 people for the legislative antechamber. Attendees who would like to address the Legislature must submit a written slip to the Clerk's office staff. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person. At meetings of the full Legislature, public comment will be heard only during the pre- calendar public comment period and during public hearings that are on the calendar. At meetings of the Legislature's committees, committees will hear public comment on agenda items. Those who wish to do so may email public comment on any item to the Clerk of the Legislature at LegPublic Com- ment@nassaucountyny.gov and the Legislature will include such emails in the formal record of the Legislative meeting.
