ERIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF ORCHARD PARK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Orchard Park, Erie County, New York at the Community Activity Center, 4520 California Road, Orchard Park, New York on the 12th day of March 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the matter of the application of William Mutka requesting Preliminary Plat Plan Approval of “V/L 7894 Milestrip Road,” a Single-Family 4-Lot Subdivision, 4.94 +/-Acres Vacant Land, in an R-2 Residential Zoning District, located on the north side of Milestrip Road, west of Transit Road, pursuant to Article 16, Section 276 of the Town Law. (SBL #154.17-1-9.11). This proposed project is bounded and described as follows: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Orchard Park, County of Erie and State of New York, being part of Lot No. 2, Township 10, Range 7 of the Buffalo Creek Reservation as described in a Deed recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 1336 of Deeds at page 66, less a certain Deed and Easement to the United States of America as described in Lis Pendens recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 248 of Lis Pendens at page 289 and less a certain Deed and Easement to the Town of Orchard Park and the Orchard Park Water District No. 15 as described in Deed recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 7339 of Deeds at page 107, described as follows: COMMENCING at a point in the south line of Lot No. 2, as described in a Deed recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 7269 of Deeds at page 441, which is also the center line of Milestrip Road, distant 96.94 feet easterly from the southwest corner of said Lot No. 2; thence easterly along the center line of Milestrip Road, 678.56 feet to the southwest corner of lands conveyed to Clarence E.
