COLUMBIA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Village of Philmont PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Philmont will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Philmont Village Hall, 124 Main St., Philmont, New York, to consider the following: Local Law #1 of 2026 a law revising the Village of Philmont law to regulate short term rentals. All persons interested are invited to attend. A full and complete copy of the proposed local law is available for inspection at the office of the Philmont Village Clerk during normal business hours. A copy of the proposed local law is available on the Village website www.philmont.org. All persons interested are invited to attend.
