COLUMBIA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF PHILMONT NOTICE OF ELECTION Be it resolved that the annual election of and for the Village of Philmont will be held at the Village Meeting Hall, located at the rear of 124 Main Street, Philmont, NY as the polling place for the Village Elections to be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 with polls being open from 12:00 Noon until 9:00 PM.
